Why I Started FixIT:
After retiring from the Seabees, (a specialized combat engineering branch of the military) I found myself being the go-to tech support for family and friends.
Whether it was fixing a slow computer, setting up a new gadget, or getting grandmas phone working again after she downloaded every app and virus under the sun — I’ve always loved seeing the relief on people’s faces when everything finally works the way it should.
Over time, I realized that helping people with technology was more than just a hobby—it was something I was genuinely passionate about.
With my background in problem-solving and a knack for making tech less intimidating, I decided to turn that passion into FixIT Computer & Tech. Now, I get to do what I love every day—helping my neighbors overcome tech challenges, big or small.
