A: Honestly? If it’s fixable for a fair price, I’ll tell you. If it’s a money pit wearing a screen, I’ll also tell you. No upselling, no guilt trips—just good advice and a little tech therapy, free of charge.
Q: Do you fix phone screens?
A: I can, but usually I suggest people save a little cash by going to Silverdale where they have shops that specialize in phone repairs. They have most modern parts in stock and since they do this all day, they can get the job done in bulk for less. However, if you would prefer not to have to go out of town, I am happy to fix them for you.
Q: Do you fix Mac & iPhone?
A: Yes, if it’s out of warranty. We handle many common issues, but Apple limits what we can do for in-warranty or AppleCare devices.
Q: Will working on my Apple device void the warranty?
A: Sometimes, yes. If your device is still under AppleCare or factory warranty, we’ll let you know before doing anything that could void it.
